If not, <strong>ask to talk to the floor installers?</strong> Sounding like one knows doesn’t mean one does know. If he’s not doing the work and supervising each step it matters not what he says or knows. There’s a big difference between knowing and doing, <strong>ask the consultant who are the people doing the work? And what is their experience?
